1. Trade only

Iris London Shoes sells wholesale footwear to approved trade customers only. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. A trade account application does not guarantee approval; we may decline or close accounts at our discretion.

2. Orders

All styles are sold by the carton (12 pairs per carton, assorted sizes as packed by the manufacturer). An order is accepted when payment is completed through our payment provider, Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices, discounts and delivery rates shown to your account at checkout apply to that order. Payment is taken in full at checkout in GBP. We do not store card details; payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address on your account.

5. Faulty or incorrect goods

Report faulty, damaged or incorrect goods within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace, credit or refund at our discretion. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
