Delivery & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver to UK mainland addresses held on your trade account.
• Delivery is charged per carton at the rate shown at checkout (default £5.00 per carton unless your account has a custom rate).
• Orders are dispatched from our UK stock, normally within 1–2 working days of payment, by tracked courier.
• You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Returns

• Report faulty, damaged or incorrect goods within 7 days of delivery: email [email protected] with your order number and photos.
• Approved returns are replaced, credited or refunded to the original payment method.
• We do not accept returns of saleable goods simply because they have not sold — please choose styles and quantities carefully.
• Cartons contain assorted sizes as packed by the manufacturer; size mix is not a fault.
